Weekly Task Routines insert for intentional living, goal making, and productivity. Did you ever want a page to organize tasks or habits and routines, alone or for the week, so you knew that you were set up to do all you need to do in your day to do the steps needed to meet your goals? We all know if we plan ahead and be intentional, things will most likely happen if we have a plan. This planner insert is the perfect addition to your planner for these reasons.

If you would like to use this insert to help you reach your goals and intentions, I recommend writing down all the things you do in a day that require some time. See when you do these things, and maybe even write down the time it takes you to complete these tasks. You can also figure out when in the day is a good time to complete these tasks and assign them in order with the colored labels if you'd like. I like using the top three tan label headers for my morning, afternoon, and evening routine. Then I use the grey label headers for my sub tasks, which are smaller tasks to complete one big task. Or you can label them based on your own needs and ideas, they are completely flexible. I use a couple for basic lists, like my cleaning home care list, meal prep list, ideas for places to visit this week, honestly they can be used in so many ways.

On two of the inserts you get, there are 7 light and small boxes for you to check off as you complete the task for that day. If you prefer not to have the check boxes, you have two options to print as well. I love seeing which days I completed what, so I do use the boxes for the most part. However, I do like printing these without the boxes as well, and then I have some basic reference lists I can always refer back to in my planner. Another great feature, is the space before the task line that can be used multiple ways as well. My favorite ways to use this tiny, but effective space, is to put the number of minutes that particular task takes. I also put or assign the day the task takes place, for example our "Outings" task is different each day of the week so I assign each line to a day like Monday is when we go to a park or do a trail walk, Tuesday is Piano and Library day, and so on. And finally, this little space is great to be use as a check off space, to show yourself you have fully completed the task and get the satisfaction you deserve. I'm sure there are so many more ways to use this space, and these inserts.
