Do you accept cancellations, returns and exchanges?

I do not accept cancellations as orders get processed right after received, however I do accept returns and exchanges. Please note that you have to contact me within 3 days of delivery and buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including initial, when your order was first shipped to you and returned shipping costs, including all customs taxes and duties. Also make sure that when returning your item, it is unopened, in the same condition as received, wrapped carefully as buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

How do I change my address?

I try to ship your order as soon as possible, therefore, if you do need to change your address, please make sure to contact me as soon as you can, as no address changes will be accepted after your order ships. This tarot deck is even more beautiful than I could imagine from the pictures! It comes with a booklet to help navigate using it, which I appreciate as this is my first deck. The seller (Dace) immediately reached out to say thank you for the order, give a little more detail about the deck, and offer to be there if any questions ever come up.
