I always recommend downloading your files directly to your personal computer or device. To download the high resolutions files, open the individual file you need and do a direct download by clicking the download button. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 right click and save the image shown on your screen. This only saves a low resolution preview image. Download each file that you need individually. Do not download entire folders unless you are familiar with extracting compressed zip files.
