5. We create your digital proof.
6. Review your proof carefully and request any needed edits.
7. Once approved, your seating chart moves into production.

PROOFING PROCESS
A digital proof is included before printing.
Two complimentary revision rounds are included.
Please review every name, table number, spelling detail, date, and layout choice carefully. Production begins after proof approval.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Production time is typically 5 to 7 business days.
A draft is usually sent during that production window.
Standard shipping is typically 2 to 3 business days, not including holidays.
Rush service may be available for an additional $50. Please message us before ordering rush service to confirm your event date.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Because this item is custom made for your event, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once design work or production begins.
Buyer is responsible for providing accurate guest names, table assignments, event dates, spelling, colors, and design details.
If your item arrives damaged, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue quickly.
