- the wood is sanded silky smooth to the touch and finished with a natural oil

ENGRAVING INSTRUCTIONS:
To enter the engraving for your pendant, click the "Add your personalisation" button. If the "Add your personalisation" button is not there, you can submit your engraving to us in the "Add a note to Lielandlentz" box on the check out page.

This piece is designed and handmade in Toronto, Canada. It comes beautifully packaged in our signature box with a black satin ribbon. Additional gift wrapping is available (and complimentary) upon request, simply indicate that you would like your item gift wrapped in the Notes section of your order.

Please note: Each necklace is made to order, and as such, the processing time is anywhere from 1-2 business days. The processing timeframe and shipping timeframe are separate.

2 YEAR WARRANTY
At Liel and Lentz we proudly stand behind the quality of our jewelry and are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship for all of our jewelry products.

This warranty applies to any jewelry purchased from Liel and Lentz within two years of its original date of purchase, provided that the product has been used under normal conditions, following all instructions provided. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or alteration. Additionally, it does not cover the natural wear and tear that occurs over time or any damage due to contact with chemicals such as perfumes or detergents.

During the two-year warranty period, Liel and Lentz will repair or replace your product free of charge if it is found to be defective due to workmanship or materials used. If your item cannot be repaired, we will provide you with an identical item in exchange for the defective one. For repairs requested after the two-year warranty period has expired, a fee may apply depending on the specific issue needing repair.
