✅Purchase this listing for the deposit. Deposits are Non Refundable as Money is spent on materials upfront.
✅Once you purchase your listing, I will message you with all my information.
✅I will need a Quick way of communicating with you. I will have several questions upfront as we will need to choose fabric prints and colors for the back of your project.
✅ SHIP your items within two weeks. Place all items into a plastic bag and then box. Use a shipping company WITH a tracking number and please send that number to me.
✅When I receive your box, I will message you with information and communicate with you regarding my thoughts and sizing.
✅Once we agree on a size, I will make you a private listing for your quilt for the balance remaining. Your Balance will then become due
‼️PREP your items‼️
✅Shirt prep = Do NOT cut items. If you have already cut some of your shirts, I will work with them as best as I can. No promises until I see them
✅Be certain they are Clean. PLEASE be certain they are Free from any Pet Hair!
Even though they were clean when you stored them, they will need to be washed before shipping to remove wrinkles and freshen them up. Sending your items clean, wrinkle free as possible and packed well, helps to ensure your end product is beautiful.
✅Put them in an order of preference, “A” must haves, “B” would be nice and include any notes you might feel are important for me to know.
✅ I do not remove stains, repair holes, nor repair damaged graphics. So, be mindful of this when deciding what shirts to send.
I don’t save or send back items unless specifically asked to do so.
✅I will use almost any item of cloth, including but not limited too, Graduation Caps, Letters earned via School, Jersy’s, Dance Costumes, Cheer, Men’s Ties, Button Shirts, I’ve even used Ball caps.
(No Undergarments) I will always use all or as many parts of your items possible. This includes sleeves and pockets with Graphics or a shirt with buttons. I prefer to highlight any special parts of an item.

I take my time in design and paying attention to the personalization of your quilt.
** I use all of my almost 60 years experience of sewing/quilting to make your quilt Fantastic! I “deconstruct” items to highlight the best parts. This takes a lot of extra labor but is always worth it.
** I offer Custom designs and layouts such as; Floating Hearts, Mosaic style, Block style, Custom designs like a Memory Tree or the Transformer in my photos, Photo Quilts and Traditional Quilts. I love to draw and create New designs.
** YOU choose your fabric for the back, not just the colors, with my help. As soon as you deposit, I will ask for favorite color palettes, design patterns, types of prints you prefer, then send you photos for you to choose from. This method does substantially increase the materials cost of a quilt, because they are the best quality fabrics available. Fabrics make the quilt! I can’t say this enough. If you like a high thread count and want an incredible feeling Quilt, this is another area, where I am very different, fabric makes your quilt very customized
** I work with each piece of your items, designing and cutting to fit into the style of quilt YOU prefer most. Sometimes, I use my Drawing background to draw out a Completely custom look, like the Memory Tree Quilt or The Transformer Quilt you see in my store.
** interfacing is ironed onto EACH back of every item. This reinforces your item, keeps it from stretching out over time and preserves it.
** I free motion quilt. This is like drawing on fabric with thread and binds your front, middle and back together all in a beautiful design. It allows for your quilt to really hold up to use and stand the tests of time. The back of the quilt look just as great as the front.
** Backing and binding are 100% cotton with a layer of cotton batting in the middle for a cozy quilt. The Batting can be wool, cotton or even doubled if you’re in a cold area on request
