We ship Monday through Thursday. Our average production time is 2–4 business days depending on volume and season. Etsy's estimated delivery dates are based on a 5-day workweek and may not reflect our schedule. Once your package is scanned in by USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss. If your order is insured, contact the postal carrier directly or file a claim through Etsy's Purchase Protection Program.

We do not accept returns on any rush orders, regardless of delivery status. If your event is less than 14 business days away at the time of purchase, you acknowledge and accept the risk of postal delays. We strongly recommend upgrading to USPS Priority Mail or UPS Air Mail for time sensitive orders. We cannot guarantee delivery by your event date.

Returns are not accepted due to USPS/UPS delays or for any rush orders. We accept returns on qualified orders (family emergencies, etc) within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unused. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened balloon kits or accessory items. We do not accept returns on any orders for any reason if an event date was not provided in the personalization box as required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We accept exchanges on all orders except wholesale, with a reship fee of $5.

We cannot alter orders once they are placed. This includes updating your shipping address or adding/removing items. Etsy processes all payments and we cannot adjust orders manually after checkout. Please double check your order details before submitting.

Garland Assembly Timing

You can assemble your garland 1–2 days before your event. Once assembled, store it indoors, away from heat and direct sunlight. Please note: Balloons may oxidize over time, which can result in a matte or chalky appearance. This is normal and does not affect performance.
