1. What kind of products do you sell?

All items in this shop are digital downloads only. You will receive a file (usually PDF or JPG) that you can print or use digitally. No physical products will be shipped.

2. How do I receive my digital files?

After your purchase is complete, Etsy will email you a link to download your files. You can also access them anytime from: Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Download Files Note: Downloads are not available via the Etsy mobile app — please use a browser.

3. Are your files editable?

No. My files are delivered in a ready-to-use format (usually PDF or PNG). This ensures the quality and integrity of the artwork. You can print them as they are and add your own handwriting, notes, or personal touches.

4. Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?

⚠️ No. My work is for personal use only. You may print and use the files in your own Book of Shadows or Grimoire, but you cannot resell, distribute, or claim them as your own.

5. Do you sell on platforms like Shein, Temu, or AliExpress?

No. My creations are sold exclusively on Etsy and my official website: morganamagickshop.com. Any appearance of my work on other platforms is the result of theft. Sellers who do this commit a violation, and buyers who purchase from them take part in that wrongdoing. Only here will you find authentic works, consecrated with care and integrity.

6. Do you offer your products in other languages?

Currently, all products are available in English only. However, I do offer custom packs in Spanish upon request. If you’re interested in a translated version of any product, feel free to message me — I’d be happy to create something for you!

7. What if I have trouble downloading my files?

If you experience any issues with downloads, please send me a message through Etsy. I will make sure you receive your files as intended.

8. Can I request a custom design or page?

Absolutely! I accept custom orders for personalized grimoire pages, spells, or magical illustrations. I truly enjoy creating them, so feel free to send me your request and I’ll be delighted to discuss the details.

9. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because these are digital products, I’m unable to offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, your happiness matters to me — if you experience any problem with your order, please reach out and I’ll gladly do everything I can to help.
