Returns are accepted for pre-made, ready to ship items jewelry. Items need to be unused, in original packaging and sent back within 7 days from your item’s delivery date. Return must be initiated via Etsy’s messages.

Custom items are made just for you; therefore we don’t accept returns or exchange on custom items.

Due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept return on earrings.

Please note, a small restocking fee may apply, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

READY TO SHIP items are processed and shipped in 1 business day. Domestic shipping is approximately 1-7 business days.

CUSTOM MADE items are made to order and processed in 7-10 business days. Please note that some personalized items can be shipped the next business day. Please refer to the individual listing for accurate processing time information.

NECKLACES | All lengths are measured in inches and include the charm and chain combined to equal the length you choose. All our necklaces come with a 2 inches extender for adjustment.

BRACELETS | We recommend using a soft measuring tape to measure your wrist size. Our chain bracelets come with a 1-inch extension for adjustment. If you wish to remove the extender, please let us know.

RINGS | All our rings are true to standard US sizing. You can have your finger measured by a local jeweler or you can measure with a physical ring sizer, which is available for purchase at our shop.
