What Wax do you use in your Melts?

I only use natural, renewable and biodegradable Soy wax in my melts. Soy wax has an excellent scent throw, and releases easily from pots. Soy wax is non-toxic making it better both for the environment and your health! Soy wax is clean burning and doesn't release toxins, carcinogens or pollutants meaning it's less likely to trigger allergies.

Occasionally you may notice slight frosting on your melts. Frosting is a natural effect of using Soy wax, It doesn’t affect the scent or strength of melts in any way.

Can I use your melts in an electric warmer?

Yes, You can use our melts in an electric warmer. All my melts have been tried and tested in a traditional oil burner and and electric warmer, however if using a warmer they may not give off as strong a scent throw as in a traditional burner due to the low heat.

My Order hasn't arrived

Orders are marked as dispatched the day they enter the postal system. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days not including weekends or bank holidays. Please allow 10 working days after the expected delivery date, if your item has still not arrived pleased get in touch. * Royal Mail does not consider mail missing until 10 days have passed the expected delivery date.

My Snap bar has arrived broken - Returns/Replacements

Occasionally Snap Bars may break during transit. This does not affect the use at all and are perfectly fine to use. If your order is marked as gift and you receive your wax melts broken please contact me for a replacement. *Please note* all damaged goods must be returned in their original packaging (return postage will be at my cost for damaged items) once I have received your order back I will then send out a replacement.
