How will my ordered be shipped?

All orders of 1-2 cards are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail in a rigid mailer (i.e., will not be bent during the shipping process) and do NOT include tracking from USPS, unless you upgrade to USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority. Orders of 3 cards and more are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, unless you upgrade to USPS Priority.

Has my order shipped if the tracking status is "Pre-Transit"?

Yes, once you receive a shipping notification, that means your order has shipped. For orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, Etsy provides tracking through Pitney Bowes (USPS typically does not provide tracking for First-Class Mail but the estimated delivery window is included in your order details). Unfortunately, the tracking provided by Pitney Bowes does not always update. However, please do not hesitate to reach out if you order does not arrive within the delivery window. Please upgrade to USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority if you would like accurate tracking from USPS.
