🍃 Earth-Kind Collection: They work exactly like our regular wraps (and they're just as lovely), but may have a tiny imperfection, e.g. a little more or less wax, an edge that's not quite square, a number stamp on the fabric, a tiny blop of wax or a little pattern glitch. Available only while stocks last.

Your wrap will seal/stick nicely using the warmth of your hands and can replace a year+ of zip bags, foil and cling film. Use them to wrap leftovers, cover bowls, wrap sandwiches, half an onion, apple, etc, even keep open bottles of wine fresh and your toothbrush travel-ready! ⭐FAQs⭐

HOW LONG SHOULD MY BREAD LAST IN A BEESWAX WRAP OR BAG?
Between 4 and 7 days. Please do Not store bread, or any food items, longer than this in beeswax wraps or bags. Also, re: storing bread, the beeswax layer keeps your bread fresh, rather than the cotton bag. We do not suggest keeping bread in a cotton bag alone.

CARE AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Use instead of plastic to cover bowls, leftovers, sandwiches. It’s reusable! Lasts a year+ with regular use and care.
- To use: scrunch to warm in your hands, then pinch & seal.
- Clean after each use with cool water, a sponge & dish soap.
- Do not wrap raw meat and fish or hot food/bowls. Do not use in microwave. Keep away from heat & open flame. If no longer usable, compost it or use as a fire starter.

Materials: 100% cotton coated with beeswax, damar resin & extra-virgin olive oil

❓WHAT ABOUT PINE RESIN?

Some people have an allergy to pine resin (and may not know it until they come into contact), so, despite it being the cheapest and most common ingredient in beeswax food wraps, we don't use it, so customers don’t need to worry.

❓ CAN I USE THEM IN THE MICROWAVE OR OVEN?

They should not be used in microwaves or ovens, or to cover/wrap hot food. Wax doesn't like heat - it will melt. They work great, though, in the fridge, freezer, bread box or anywhere else at room temperature.

❓ DO THEY TRANSFER ANY ODOUR OR TASTE TO FOOD?

Nope. The wrap has a very slight (pleasant!) beeswax aroma from the mixture that is soaked into the cloth, but they transferred no discernible taste or odour when tested. However, do not wash in warm/hot water or the wax will melt/pill, and then it can transfer to food.

❓ HOW DO THEY WORK?

Just like cling film, the wrap moulds around and adheres to surfaces or itself. The warmth of your hands makes the wrap pliable and adhesive. Don’t be afraid to pinch the ends together – that’s when it really does its job!

❓ HOW DO I CLEAN THEM?

With cold/cool water, a sponge and a little washing up liquid. Hang over your dish drying rack to air-dry. Don’t put it on any radiators or other heat sources or the max will melt.

❓ WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY MELT THE WAX?

If you do accidentally melt the wax, drop us a note and we’ll be happy to tell you how to fix!

❓ HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
With proper care and regular use, they can last a year or more.

❓ WHAT ABOUT WHEN THEY’RE KNACKERED?

You’ve got two choices: refresh them or compost them. The wraps are 100% compostable and/or upcycleable. They make great firelighters!

❓CAN I RETURN AN ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND ❓
Yes, no problem, you can return any order within 14 days. Postage back to us is your responsibility and we will refund you as soon as we receive it back and confirm that it is in unused condition. If we paid for the postage of the original order (e.g. you had free shipping) then we will refund you minus the postage we paid.
