ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- All balloons are shipped flat, to be inflated by customer

- You can use a manual balloon pump or electric balloon pump to inflate. Use caution when inflating, over inflation can cause balloon to pop.

- After inflating confetti balloons rub the outside with a dry cloth, fur, carpet, or your hair to create static electricity, so the confetti sticks to the sides.

- *Recommended* purchase hooks and string or ribbon if you want to attach the garland to a wall. Once the garland is complete attach the hooks to the wall, place string or ribbon around the balloon strip, then place the string around the hook.

Pretty simple to put together, but be aware that there is a lot of a powdery substance (I’m assuming to preserve) on the balloons that gets all over your hands and if you’re blowing them up the old fashioned way, it gets in your mouth and is awful. I suggest a balloon pump. A few of the latex balloons arrived with a tear in them, so they were unusable, but it didn’t matter because the arch was still big and beautiful. It also doesn’t come with “fishing wire” to attach the checkered balloons somehow to the arch, hence why I did what I could with them in my display. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.
