This is the perfect daily ADHD checklist / adhd planner. I have been searching for so long and this one is by far my favorite. It covers everything I need daily and nothing I don't. This turns my abstract idea of time into a tangible, viable interactive tool. It is really simple to use and I love the minimalist format. The digital pdf is so simple to use. I opened my confirmation email and the download option appeared instantly with all kinds of app options. I had options to export it with all my apps, Google drive, and Adobe. I justbprinted out a booklet of them to use daily. They are formatted perfectly and it is so esthetically pleasing 😍 This is the perfect solution for my mental health and my daily organization skills. Can't wait for her to come out with more. You get it
