CUSTOM WORD DESIGN:

- You choose your own words that get digitally hand-lettered by our artist on your topper
- You get the floral design in the listing (no changes can be made to the hand-illustrated florals)
- You can change the background color of the topper and the lettering color
- You can add a symbol/picture for an additional fee (see slide for details)
- You can add a preview (proof) of your design and make revisions if necessary
- (if you order a proof of your design, it will take up to 10 business days to receive the proof depending on how busy the season is)

- you get up to 3 rounds of revisions if necessary to make your design exactly how you want it

WHAT IS THE TOPPER MADE OUT OF?
- Topper Size: 9.4x9.4” ( We CAN change the size of the topper! Please measure your cap and let us know what size you need in the order notes)
- The Grad Cap Topper is PRINTED on a durable, thick card stock with an approximately .75”-.8” hole in the middle (we can adjust the size of the button hole, please let us know) You will place this on your own cap. Just to reiterate, this is a PRINTED grad cap topper.

DO I NEED TO SEND MY GRAD CAP IN?
- No, this is a printed Grad Cap Topper that you attach to your cap. The Topper features a durable, thick card stock material that you attach to your cap. The actual graduation cap is not included.

HOW DOES THE TOPPER ATTACH TO MY CAP?
1. Apply a glue dot provided with topper to each corner of your cap (do not take the top adhesive paper yet, only make it sticky at the bottom of the glue dot to stick to the cap first).
2. Line up the edges of the topper with the cap and place topper over the button in the center to aline the hole in the middle.
3. Once the topper is all lined up, take off the top glue dot paper and adhere the corner of the topper onto the glue dot. Continue this around all four corners until the topper is COMPLETELY flush against your cap (there should be NO gap in between your topper and cap).

CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS:
- There are processing steps for each order, thus, refunds depend on the process the topper order is in. We will only be able to give a partial refund.
