🔵Although all our mugs are dishwasher / microwave safe, prolonged exposure to heat may cause the design to eventually fade.

Once your personalised item is created and customized to your specifications, it cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear error on our part, such as a mistake in the spelling of names or incorrect personalization details. In the event of such an error, we will gladly work with you to correct it and provide you with a replacement item.
