Proofs are sent via Etsy messages within 1 working day of your order. Please keep an eye on your inbox and confirm as soon as you're happy so we can get printing!

Do any items come with a live preview?

Yes — some products include a live design preview link, sent to your Etsy-registered email address within 30 minutes of ordering. You’ll have time to make edits, and once submitted, no further changes can be made — so please double-check before confirming!

Can I make changes to the design after receiving the proof?

Yes, you can request one free edit after receiving your proof. Please review your proof thoroughly and let us know of any changes within 24 hours.

What if my order is delayed, damaged, or lost?

Delivery delays are out of our control, so we're unable to offer refunds for postal disruptions. If your item is damaged or lost, message us with a photo (if applicable), and we’ll work with you to find a solution right away.

How are the prints packaged?

All prints are sealed in protective cellophane and posted in sturdy, board-backed envelopes. Framed prints are gift-wrapped and shipped in secure boxes — perfect for gifting!

We offer standard 2nd Class service, an express 24-hour tracked delivery option, and Royal Mail Tracked International service for international orders. We recommend using the postal upgrade option at checkout for full tracking information and quicker delivery.
