Latex is a natural material derived from the sap of the rubber tree and is widely recognized for its special, sensual properties. The latex we use comes from 100% renewable sources and conforms to the governing international standard ISO/EN 13485-2003 for Class 1 medical devices. This high-quality latex is biodegradable and environmentally friendly, making it an excellent choice for those looking for sustainable materials.

As each product is handmade, it is not an exact replica of the one shown in the listing. We welcome your unique ideas, custom orders and alchemy requests, feel free to start a conversation with us.

Your order will be completed within 1-2 weeks of all details being discussed, and payment being cleared. If no details are provided, the item will be made with the same specifications as listed.

All products are securely wrapped in well-padded envelopes and shipped with neutral, discreet packaging through the Hungarian Post with registered priority mail. For delicate and fragile items, we use a cardboard box to provide extra protection during shipment. Shipping fees, including tracking, are shown in each listing and added at checkout. Delivery times vary, but typically take 2-7 business days within the EU. Delays may occur during holidays or with customs. Unclaimed packages will be reposted only once.

Our products are sent polished with silicone oil, which not only makes a high-gloss shine, but also helps to seal the latex from the air.

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not possible if the wrong size or color was selected.

For hygiene reasons, latex products cannot be returned.

According to Section 29 of Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of our products - as it concerns custom production based on individual needs, not commercial activity.

Damages

Latex can be damaged by UV rays (sunlight), drying out, petroleum derivatives, grease, and sharp objects (e.g. fingernails). It is not damaged by salt water or bleach (for cleaning purposes only).

Stains

Metal (especially copper) and items containing metal (e.g. coins and zippers) can stain latex, so be sure to wash your hands or body after handling them. Smoke (nicotine), perfume, and make-up can also cause stains on latex. Stains cannot be removed!

• Wash in lukewarm water using dish soap or shampoo without conditioner.
• To prevent sticking, apply talcum powder or silicone oil after drying, or add a few drops of silicone oil to the rinse water.
• Store in a closed bag, away from air, either in a suit-bag in a closet or a simple bag in a drawer.
• Some colors, such as plum and red, are more prone to staining other colors.
• Delicate colors like white, baby pink, and translucent clear are more prone to discoloration. Consider wrapping delicate colors in tissue paper during storage to prevent contact with stronger colors.
• When putting on, use dressing aid, water-based lubricant, or talcum powder.
• When taking off, do not try to force it, as this can cause tearing. Be patient!
