I developed GoldiGlow after over ten years of developing a moisturizer for my super sensitive, acne-prone, unbalanced skin. Every ingredient has been lovingly selected for its magical properties and I'm offering it to you so you too can:

What’s in it and why I chose these ingredients:

In my long search for clear skin, I discovered the holy grail of skin care: Jojoba oil.

Jojoba oil (pronounced huh-ho-buh) closely resembles human sebum, the oil our skin naturally produces. Thus it is a balancing oil that is wonderful for every skin type, especially sensitive skin. It’s non-comedogenic, which means it doesn’t clog pores - in fact I’ve been using it it for over a decade as a cleanser to naturally unclog and deeply clean my pores!

Jojoba oil is high in antioxidants, vitamin E, and fatty acids, making it a popular ingredient in skincare products designed to help with eczema, acne, psoriasis, and to fight signs of aging.

I use organic, cold-pressed jojoba oil grown by an organic co-op, and infuse it with calendula blossoms grown in Goldifarm’s magical permaculture food forest using regenerative practices that honor the earth, water, people and plants.

Calendula petals have been used for medicinal purposes for centuries. This is partly because Calendula is high in flavonoids. Flavonoids are plant-based antioxidants that protect cells from damage from radical, unstable molecules called free radicals. Calendula has been shown to help wounds heal faster, and is used to improve skin hydration and firmness.

Next, I add raw African shea butter from the Karite tree. While Karite trees do not grow at Goldifarms, the butter makes such an incredible superfood for skin, that I don’t want to leave it out! Shea butter is known for helping to heal scars, burns, stretch marks, bruises, inflammation, rashes, blemishes and dry itchy skin. It’s known to aid the skin’s natural collagen products and provides nourishing oleic, stearic, palmitic and linolenic acids.

Then finally, I slowly whip in the mother of all healing plants: Aloe Vera. Considered the plant of immortality and the fountain of youth by ancient people, this magical, mystical plant provides skin with deep hydration.

Most are familiar with Aloe Vera’s famous burn healing properties, which hints to its magical abilities to boost skin cell reproduction and soothe inflammation. But did you know it also contains antimicrobial properties, beta-carotene and over 200 other biologically-active components like vitamins, enzymes, amino acids and polysaccharides?

Moisturizing, nourishing, healing and wonderful Aloe Vera finalizes this product. I use 100% organic, pure, drinkable Aloe Vera inner filets, which does contain potassium sorbate to reduce the risk of mold, and citric acid which stabilizes the ph of the Aloe Vera. Both ingredients receive a green light from EWG and are necessary for the integrity of the product.

How to use:

A small amount goes a long way. Gently massage with clean hands into clean skin day, night and in between while thinking joyful thoughts ✨

Please note:

Due to the pure, minimal and natural ingredients, GoldiGlow will not last forever! Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Use with clean fingers, and use it up while it’s good! When exposed to temperature fluctuations, there’s a possibility the cream can separate. Simply stir. We recommend using your GoldiGlow within 3 months.

GoldiGlow is made with botanicals grown regeneratively and lovingly at Goldifarms. You may find a little plant fiber in your GoldiGlow that snuck its way through the filtering process. Nothing to be alarmed by, it’s simply added goodness!
