Custom and personalized orders

YES I do Custom work, and there are 2 kinds: 1 - Custom colors for items I already have a mold for - choose the custom option, and enter your color choices in the "Personalization box". Custom colors are an additional $3 charge. 2 - Orders requiring a custom mold - I charge an initial $30 setup fee (covers the cost of me purchasing a new mold), plus the price of your first pair of earrings ($29.99). Once the mold comes in, and I make the earrings, I will set up a new listing that you are free to share. Once I get 5 orders off that mold, I will refund the $30 setup fee (expires after 1 yr from purchase).

Please refer to all pictures in the listing. I also state the actual size of each piece in the description. Resin earrings are known for being VERY lightweight, and this is a huge reason I started making them.

*I recommend NOT submerging them in water...if they get dirty, wipe with a clean cloth. Also, take care when storing them, not to get them tangled with other pieces. *RESIN WILL BREAK! Please be very careful with your earrings to assure you don’t drop them…they cannot be repaired. If you do break an earring, I do offer single replacements for half the price of the set. *DO NOT LEAVE OUT IN THE HEAT! When resin gets hot, it will get bendy…if this happens, lay the earrings flat in a cool area (70ish degrees…not the fridge or freezer), and they should harden back up in a few hours. *Because the jewelry findings are plated with silver or gold, they will tarnish over time. Store it in a ziplock bag when not being worn.

I will never guarantee when something will arrive, only when it will ship. Under normal conditions (i.e., NOT during the holidays, or bad weather delays), USPS first class generally takes 2-4 business days to get to you once shipped. If you need something faster, you are welcome to pay for a faster shipping speed. However, once an item is shipped, I have no control over what happens, and I ask that you please contact the USPS about your package if you don't receive it. Every package I send out has tracking, and is insured up to $100. There will be no refunds because an item does not arrive on time.

Please pay attention to the processing times on each listing. There are several items in my shop that are made to order, and will not be shipped out until they are fully cured, which can take up to 3-5 days. For items requiring a custom mold, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, as I have to wait for the mold to get to me before I can make your items.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.
