After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your files. If you miss the email, or are logged into your Etsy account, you can also locate your purchase in the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your account.

There is no limit to how many times you can download your purchase. If the order has not been cancelled or removed, you should be able to access your download as long as you are using the same Etsy account it was purchased with, or retain the original email.

No worries! Due to the limitations on the size of file I'm allowed to upload to Etsy, I've compacted all of the art files into one (sometimes two) .ZIP folders for you. Once you download those folders, open them in your computer to reveal the individual art files from your purchase! Easy peasy!

Right now, while I continue to build up MondoTaffy, I'm not offering custom prints, but if you are in need of an additional sizing for an existing print you'd like to purchase just message me! If the print is able to be sized differently, I will be glad to help you out.

NOTE: If a print is labelled as "vintage", it might not be possible to adjust the size without losing the integrity of the original piece, so please keep that in mind.

Since the files you have purchased will only be digital versions of the art, you are welcome to print your piece at any local photo shop or printing service.

Some recommended services include: Snapfish, CVS, Walgreens, Staples, and other similar stores depending on what is available to you.

A heavyweight, matte paper is perfect to use for the prints as it will maintain the integrity of the art and remain sturdy for framing.

Each art file will be high-resolution and should give you the best printing result, but if there is any trouble, please reach out so I can help!
