We are giving dimensions in both cm and inch - please check them carefully before placing an order. As each item is handmade, the item measurements can differ by a +/- 2 inches.

Payment cancellation and moneyback is possible within 12 hours of purchase. Since all our items are made to order, exchanges are not provided.

If you live in the insular area of the United States of America, please contact us before ordering so we can check if the shipping to your location is possible and how much it will cost you.

Please, make sure that you have entered the correct delivery address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. If you decide against it the package will be treated as refused. Please note, after a certain amount of time refused or unclaimed packages are destroyed by the delivery company and not eligible for a refund. We are always providing tracking number to all our packages, so please keep track of your delivery day, so you know when the package is being delivered.

If the status shows as 'delivered', but you can't locate your package, please check all locations where the package could have been placed (including the back door, porch, back patio, garage, and any other area out of potential weather hazards). Please, check with anyone who might have retrieved the package, including your family, roommates and neighbors. If you still can't locate it, please let us know. We will ask the delivery company to start an official investigation. Please, keep in mind that package theft is unfortunately not covered by shipping insurance. Once the delivery company confirms the correct GPS coordinates for the package delivery, you will need to file a stolen property claim with your local police department.

Right Side and Wrong Side

Please keep in mind that for all knitted items there is a Right Side and Wrong Side. Both sides of the blanket won’t look identical. An exception are blankets in garter ribbing stitch, which is reversible. For all other items - there is a braided pattern on the right side and very simple stitch visible on the back of it.

All items in my shop are made of wool. If you are allergic to wool, please search for blankets that are made of cotton or acrylic. Please be mindful that I don’t offer returns or refunds based on your allergy to wool.

A blackout velvet curtain is a type of window treatment that is made from velvet fabric and designed to block out light.
Our curtains are lined with a thick, opaque material that prevents light from passing through the fabric. The velvet has lining that blocks the sun - most colors have black lining and are almost 100% blackout (about 80-90% depending on the color). Please keep in mind that our 2 lightest colors - 301 - off white and 302 are lined with white fabric that isn't as opaque as the other colors - which are lined with black fabric. Therefore those 2 colors are not a full blackout.

Blackout velvet curtains are often used in bedrooms or home theaters where a darkened environment is desired for sleeping or watching movies. They can also add a luxurious and elegant touch to a room, as velvet is a soft and plush fabric.

Length: You can choose the length from the drop-down menu. Please keep in mind that the length refers to the total length of the curtains. If you need custom height please pick next size up and specify it in the personalization box.

Width: You can choose the width from the drop-down menu. Please keep in mind that the width refers to the width of the FLAT curtain.
As a general guide, curtains should have ripples when fully closed. To achieve a perfect look we recommend selecting a width that is double the desired final width or adding more panels to maintain fullness.

If you pick width over 55 inches - it will be sewn together from few panels.

Please keep in mind that it's a handmade item so dimensions may differ +- 1 inch (2,5 cm)

The color depends on your screen settings and the lighting, so we highly recommend getting samples to make sure you picked the perfect color for you :)

As a general guide Curtains should still have ripples when fully closed, so we recommend adding more panels for them to keep their fullness. If you use your curtains mostly as a decoration 2 panels (one on the left and one on the right side of the window) should be enough.

In case of wave multitape - to avoid damage during transportation, the curtains are delivered flat to you. To obtain gathering (regardless of the selected pleating option), just simply pull the strings on both sides of the curtain and tie a bow or make a knot. With custom pleating styles - pleats are sewn.
