WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Our current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for 3D signs and 2-3 weeks for painted signs. Please note, this DOES NOT include shipping times, which is generally 1-3 days. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible, but it may take the full processing time for your order to ship. If you need your item by a specific date, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

HOW DO I HANG MY SIGN?

All of our signs come with an attached sawtooth hanger for easy hanging. Framed signs are able to stand alone if you would rather display your sign on a shelf.

Digital proofs are provided for all personalized and custom signs. We will send a digital mockup of the design within 24-48 hours after purchase for you to review to ensure you like the font and color choices you selected at checkout. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide digital proofs prior to purchase at this time.

We love creating custom pieces for our customers. If you have a sign in mind that you don’t see in our shop, please send us a message and we are more than happy to create something just for you. We will create a custom listing for you and, once purchased, we will begin designing. You will receive a digital proof to approve before we begin production to make sure you are completely happy with the design.

WHAT IF MY SIGN ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We carefully package each order, but in the event your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damage, including photos of the packaging so that we are able to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please make sure to double-check that your email and mailing address are up-to-date when placing your order. We send all conversations and digital proofs via Etsy messages, so if the email address linked to your account is incorrect, you may not receive notifications. If your proof is not approved within 48 hours of being sent, we will proceed with the design as shown. We will ship your sign to the address provided in your order. We are not liable for shipping to an incorrect address and if your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of having it reshipped.

Our "Hello Spring" sign is the perfect way to brighten up your home this spring season! Letters and leaves have been cut from 1/4" Baltic birch plywood and painted a bright white, giving the sign a 3D look. The base can be painted as shown (the color is Sherwin Williams Acacia Haze, a sage green/gray), black, white, or off-white. Lettering options are white, black, gray, gold, or silver. The sign can be customized to your liking, select your size and color choices at checkout.

The back comes unfinished and ready to hang with an attached sawtooth hanger. If you'd like the back of your sign finished, please let us know at checkout.

Each of our signs are painted (or stained), sanded, and distressed by hand. Because we use natural wood, there may be signs of imperfections (knots, bumps, etc). However, we feel this only adds to the character and charm of the sign and ensures no 2 signs are alike.
