What is DTG printing for apparel?

Direct-To-Garment printing is a style of printing designs onto products. The ink is actually printed into the fabric, not just sitting on top of it like vinyl or heat press. The print should be excellent quality and have durability if properly cared for. DTG printed apparel continues to soften over time, making a comfortable design that lasts. If you have any concerns with your print, please reach out to us so we can troubleshoot with you. We want you to be happy with your order!

What are the care instructions for your shirts?

FOR BEST RESULTS- Wash INSIDE OUT in cold water. Let air dry. Tumble dry low if preferred, but keep INSIDE OUT to preserve design. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach. Do not dry clean. Avoid ironing the design. DTG prints last much longer when taken care of this way!

Do you do Returns & Exchanges?

YES! You have 14 days from the delivery of your item to ship it back to us in NEW condition for an exchange or return. Contact us through your "Orders" section under your account for more information on how to do this. Custom orders are not eligible for returns, but please reach out if there is an issue so we can help you. If you have a problem with your item from our end, (i.e. the print is damaged or the item has a manufacturing defect) please let us know ASAP so we can make it right! Send us a message with a picture of your entire product as well as one close up on the damage and we will issue a reprint or refund depending on what you prefer. We want you to love your new product, so we are here to help!

Do you accept cancellations?

We do! For up to one hour after purchase, you can cancel your order for any reason. Sometimes mistakes happen, like accidentally clicking the wrong size or putting your shipping address in incorrectly. We recognize that! After that time frame, your item is sent into production and may no longer be able to be canceled once it has entered our print partner's automated production line. Reach out if you need assistance.

Do you do custom designs and large group orders?

Can you put this design on a different item?

See a t-shirt you like and wanting it in a sweatshirt or vice versa? Curious if we can put it on a mug? Let us know what you'd like and we'll try to work something out for you.

When can I expect my package to arrive?

We try to be as accurate as we can be and update our shipping profiles to reflect current patterns in shipping. That being said, once an item has been shipped, we can no longer control the speed of shipping or alter the shipping destination. This is especially true during the last quarter of the year and holiday times. If an item is lost in shipping and has not arrived after two weeks we can work with you to get a replacement of that product.

My shirt fees weird on the front and smells funny. Why?

Sometimes our print partners will use a pretreatment to help the ink really soak into the fibers and keep its vibrancy. It can feel a little strange on the shirt when it first arrives. It can also have a vinegary smell to it. Once you have washed it, it should clear right off and feel/smell like normal. PS- Colorful prints will soften in the wash as the layers integrate more into the fabric.

What should we know about your print partners?

We are the managers, original designers, and customer service representatives of our shop, but we do not create your physical products in house. We partner with the BEST print shops across the USA to make you high quality apparel, mugs, gifts, and more. Our partners have top of the line equipment to get you great prints and the expertise to do it consistently. We are proud of our partnerships! This also means we carry no stock, eliminating waste as each item is only created after it is purchased. Bonus, this is a better way to run our business for the planet and our kids future too.
