The picture js charming! I am happy with my purchase. The seller was very nice to communicate with.The delivery was a bit of challenge, tracking description did not get updated the whole time and in the end was stored at local post office for several days before I received a paper notice. Not sure if happens regularly with Poste Italiane service.

I ordered a personalized portrait set for a dear friend of mine for her wedding. Caridad hit this out of the park. She worked with me to find the best picture to capture the couple and then allowed me to customize by adding the word "love" across the two pictures. Caridad sent me a snapshot keeping me updated on the process. She was super collaborative and totally a pleasure to work with. On top of that the couple loved it!! They both had tears in their eyes. Such a wonderful personal gift to give someone.
