How do I download my files?

After checkout, Etsy will send you an email with a download link. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your files anytime by signing into Etsy.com → Your Account → Purchases & Reviews → Download Files. If you ever have any trouble, just send me a message and I'll be happy to help!

Where can I print my files?

Prints may be produced at home, at a local photo/print shop, or through any online printing service. For the most authentic vintage appearance, a matte or satin paper (200–250 gsm) is recommended.

Will I receive anything in the mail?

This is a digital download only. No physical prints or frames will be shipped. Any frames or room settings shown in listing photos are for display purposes only.

Where can i print my files?

These are vintage fine art paintings and require a professional fine art printing service for accurate color reproduction. Professional printers use archival pigment inks and premium paper specifically calibrated to handle the rich shadow detail, texture, and tonal depth found in vintage artwork. Consumer print services (such as Officeworks, Staples, Walmart, or similar) use standard inkjet technology and paper that is not suitable for this style of artwork and may result in colors and detail that do not accurately reflect the original. Harbor Prints Co is not responsible for print quality when files are reproduced at consumer or non-professional printing services.

What paper should i use?

For best results, request matte or satin archival paper (200–250 gsm) at your professional print lab. This will give you the most accurate colors and the finest reproduction of the artwork.
