Because of the nature of the product (instant download), the templates cannot be returned or exchanged as you immediately get access to the files as soon as you purchase them. However, if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out! I’m always happy to help!

What are the conditions of use of the models?

All designs, templates, guides, and content are for your own personal use only. No part of it can be distributed, sold, reproduced, or used in any form without the written permission of the author. I’ve poured so much time and effort into making these templates for you! I highly appreciate your support! :) The template, however, will never expire and is yours to keep forever!

How do I upload my file?

It's very easy! You'll have access to your templates immediately after purchase. All you have to do is check your email and Etsy will send you a link to your download. Alternatively, you can go to your Account > Purchases and Reviews and download it from there!

How does a spreadsheet template work?

A spreadsheet template is a pre-formatted file to help you jumpstart your budgeting or planning. It's as easy as downloading the template and using it instantly! Our templates are editable by Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, so you can choose from any of those programs! To know more about the software compatibility of a template, please refer to the individual listing descriptions. The templates are also fully editable and customizable. Change the texts, titles, sections, colors, and fonts! You can personalize it according to your needs. However, the cells of the spreadsheets are protected by default to prevent accidental changes to formulas, but you can easily unprotect the sheet if you want to change anything!

Help with CANVA templates

How do I access my purchase in Canva? Once you have successfully downloaded your files from Etsy, please open the pdf and press the “CLICK HERE” button on the second page of the PDF and this will take you straight to the Canva link where you can sign in and edit your template :) How do I print using Canva? Hit the "Download" button on the top right hand side and select PDF Print. You will then be able to print your PDF copy on either your home printer or at your local print shop Where did Canva save my work? Luckily Canva have a handy feature where they auto save your work as you make edits :) You can find this by logging into your Canva account and then going to the "Shared with me" folder

How do I access & edit my SPREADSHEET?

1) GOOGLE SHEETS: To access: We create templates for both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Please double check the file to ensure the compatible spreadsheet is selected. Then upload the .xlsx file into your Google Drive, you should then be able to open this in Google Sheets :) To edit: You will need to save a COPY of the file directly to your drive which will be editable. You can do this by going to File > Make a Copy and saving it directly to your drive. 2) EXCEL: Our spreadsheets and dashboards are designed to be automatic, and will auto-calculate and update once you enter in your data. You can enter your data in the fields highlighted in the attached pdf instructions or guide, found within the first tab of your spreadsheet.
