📥How do I download my design?

Etsy will email you a download link shortly after purchase. You can also access your files here: etsy.com/help/article/3949

🧵 What formats are included?

DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PEC, PES, VIP, VP3, XXX. Additional formats may be available on request.

🔄 Can I request another format or size?

Yes! If I’m able to convert or resize the design, I’ll gladly assist at no extra cost.

⏱ When will I receive my files?

All items are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped. Your files will be available instantly through Etsy after payment is completed.

💸 Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted in line with Etsy’s digital download policy. However, if you experience any issues with your files, please message me and I’ll do my best to help.

If your files are downloaded in ZIP format: • Right-click → Extract/Unzip the folder • Open the correct file type for your embroidery machine 💻 MacBook users: If your files do not download or unzip correctly, please message me with your email address and machine format so I can assist. How do I access my embroidery files after download?

Your files come in a ZIP folder. Please unzip/extract the files before opening them on your embroidery software or machine.
