How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a message :)

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

That's news we do not like to hear and we're so sorry! To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

We currently don’t offer returns and exchanges as our products are made as ordered, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by messaging us and we will work with you to best resolve any issues! Cancellations can be made 24 hours from when order is placed

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Custom and personalized orders

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product pictures. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know as soon as possible when you have received your order. PleaseInclude your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

Custom and personalized orders

All items are printed using a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. The shirt is laid flat and a big printer prints the design directly onto the fabric. DTG inks are eco-friendly and water-based.

What Is "Made To Order" mean?

Our items are made just for you! That means they are not printed until you order them. Once you place an order, the shirt is sent to production, printed, then shipped straight to your door.
