This Ceramic 4th of July holiday tree is the center of your vintage celebration! It is made from a vintage 1979 mold, but is newly made.

The tree sits upon a base and measures 10 inches from base to tip of the tree. You are purchasing a finished, handcrafted ceramic tree. It is glazed, wired for electricity, and ready to light up. The light is LED which shines brighter! I will include a star and a handmade USA flag topper with your tree.

Your tree includes red, blue and clear lights and are glued in place. Each flag topper is handmade and will vary slightly.

Each tree is handcrafted by me.
1. The process begins by pouring slip into a heavy casing mold.
2. After the clay sets up, the excess slip is poured off and it sits for a day to harden.
3. The tree and base are then removed from the mold to harden.
4. Next, I put the holes in the tree for lights.
5. When completely bone dry, the green ware is fired in my kiln.
6. Then I paint three coats of glaze on the pieces and fire in the kiln again.
7. Finally, I wire the base for the light kit and glue the lights into their holes. It is now ready for shipping!
