I love custom orders - They are sometimes, however, subject to an additional fee, to be determined based on intricacy and labor/time involved. Custom orders are taken in at the discretion of shop owner.

Dolls come wrapped in tissue paper with a ribbon tied around. Other items are wrapped in tissue paper or bubble wrap and shredded paper and/or packing peanuts if breakable. I am willing to consider more elaborate wrapping upon request, and am happy to add a personal note, etc. Let me know what you're looking for and I'll see what I can do.

With the exception of a few of the mini dolls, most dolls are spot clean only. Baby items are washable except for the wooden ring attached to some - remove the ring and wash with soap and water. You may then treat it with olive oil to refresh it. Sensory cubes should be tied in a pillow case and then can be machine washed, although spot cleaning or hand washing are preferred for longer life.
Baby shoes/moccasins should be washed on gentle (hand wash preferred) and either dried on low or air dried. Leather or suede soled shoes should not go in the washing machine at all.
Bibs are machine washable - cold or warm water is best and dry on low heat. For maximum absorbency, do not use fabric softener.

I am happy to combine shipping on multiple items and the listings are set up to only add a slight amount per extra item. If, however, more than $2 overage is charged, it will be refunded.
