How do I download my purchase?

Please log in through etsy.com using your browser. Go to account then purchases. Look for the item you purchased. The download button should appear on the right of your purchase. Please note that this only works on browsers and not on Etsy mobile app.

Can you create a custom design for me?

Sorry, I'm not accepting custom orders at the moment.

I've downloaded the file but it's not opening in my software.

Your download will be in zip format. You need to unzip the file in order to access the files.

How do I add text to the svg I purchased?

You can use any design software like photoshop and design space. If you're not sure which program to use, I highly recommend Canva. Just visit their site and create a free account. You can then upload the svg you purchased then add text. I find it the easiest program to use.

Can I use these files for commercial projects?

Commercial Use: You are allowed to use my designs for commercial use for physical items like tshirts, mugs, POD and so on. You are NOT allowed to use my files commercially for digital items even with alterations. You may not share or distribute these files in it's digital form under any circumstances.
