So cute! My kiddo loved filling these out and mailing them to her friends! The only thing I recommend the seller tweak is the comma after the “Dear” in the first line.

Awesome template for kids to learn the importance of sending thank you cards! Quick and easy download. My daughter loved this template more than all the others on Etsy due to the check box selection words being more about the gift than her feelings. This was fun and easy for her to do, and left enough space for a 7-year-old to fill in the gift area. Best of all the templates I looked at!
