I purchased this banner and upload my image as directed to. I had sent the image with the wrong dimensions, The Sign Room, reached out to let me know that. They showed me what my banner would look like with the image I sent in. They allowed me to upload a new image so that it could look exactly what I wanted it to. When I designed the image, I had also inadvertently put 2 spaces between 2 of my words. On my screen, I couldn't tell but it was very apparent once it was enlarged to the correct dimensions. I appreciate the shop letting me know that so I could fix it, before it was printed. I was beyond impressed with the customer service. I received my product within a week of purchase! I actually already placed an order for 6 more banners through them!
