The Spice Caddy - Rustic Spice Rack, Spice Holder

A more useful version of the traditional spice rack from our Reclaimed Hops Pole collection.

Our spice caddy gives you space to store your favourite spices close to hand and allows you to carry them to wherever you are preparing food, on the other side of the kitchen or even outside by the barbecue. Wherever you need them they can be there without you having to juggle half a dozen jars!

The Spice Caddy is 35cm long, 10cm wide and 3.5cm high and the recess is 30cm long and 5cm wide. Please note all dimension are approximate.

The caddy is finished with a natural oil to bring out the wood grain and other features unique to the material that it’s made from.

Please note, the photo is of a typical example and will not be identical to the one you receive, as due to the nature of the material used each piece is completely unique.

The spices shown are from Sainsburys. (Other supermarkets are available!) Please check that your favourite spices fit.

The Reclaimed Hops Pole Collection

All the items in this collection are crafted from reclaimed hops poles.

Yes these items were once stuck in a field in the Worcestershire countryside supporting the fruits for your favourite beverage! The poles, having gone into retirement, have now been hand crafted into the items of this collection.

Each item is completely unique and may have many features from its past life, weathering, cracks, splits, staple and 'U' nail holes. If you're looking for a perfect bit of wood then these are not for you. We consciously try to select timber that reflects the history from its previous life and do not over finish areas that were part of the original exterior in order to retain some of the original patina.

In doing so each piece tells its own unique story!
