How To Send Your Photographs For Your Order

If you have purchased an item with a personalised photograph on, please send your photograph(s) via an ETSY Message within 24 hours of placing your order. You can send photographs in multiples of 3. Once 3 has been sent, you can then send the next 3. They will all come through to me on the same message thread. Please ensure that your photographs are high resolution and of good lighting. The better your photographs , the better the print will be. Order Accuracy: Please ensure all details are correct on your order and that you provide the correct number of photos. If duplicates are sent, we will assume they are needed. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the photographs sent are correct.

Standard Delivery is sent 2nd class with Royal Mail and does not provide tracking. Express Delivery is sent TRACKED 24 Hours With Royal Mail. Although this option will most likely be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch (Mon - Sat), it doesn't provide a 100% guarantee it will be delivered in that time frame, as once dispatched it would be in the hands of Royal Mail. Please be aware that without a tracking number, I am unable to advise where your order is. Unfortunately I am not able to offer a refund should there be any delays with Royal Mail. All orders are sent within the specified shipping dates and with the delivery option selected by the buyer. Please refer to shipping estimates for the best estimated shipping speed.

Custom and personalised orders

Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items. No Returns or Exchanges: All sales of personalised items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed and production has begun. Estimated Delivery Dates

Please be aware that the delivery dates provided on your order , are an ESTIMATE and do not guarantee a delivery date. Orders are shipped using the delivery method selected by the buyer at checkout. (2nd class or Tracked 24 hours). Once dispatched, I then rely on Royal Mail to deliver your parcel , within the expected time frame. International Delivery

All international parcels are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery estimates: Europe 3–5 working days Rest of the world 6–7 working days. Please note delays caused by Royal Mail or customs are beyond my control and cannot be refunded. If Royal Mail confirms a parcel is lost, a replacement or refund will be issued. Orders are always dispatched within the stated timeframe and with the delivery option chosen by the buyer, please refer to Etsy’s estimated delivery times for guidance.

Lost or Missing Parcels for UK Delivery

We strive to ensure every order reaches you safely, but in rare cases, parcels can go missing. If this happens, we are here to assist you. Standard Delivery (2nd Class): If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund. Express Delivery (Tracked 24): The tracking number for your parcel can be found on your order. If the parcel is confirmed lost by the Royal Mail, we will issue a replacement or refund. We kindly ask for your patience, while we investigate lost parcels with the carrier, as shipping times can sometimes be affected by external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Policy – Bank Holidays & Christmas Season

During peak periods such as November through to December (Christmas season) and bank holidays, there may be unexpected delays in transit due to increased demand on Royal Mail services. To avoid disappointment, I advise: ~ Placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance of the date the item is required. ~Selecting Tracked 24 shipping instead of 2nd Class at checkout. Tracked 24 provides full tracking and is a faster shipping method. 2nd Class shipping is available as a cheaper alternative, but it does not include tracking. In the event of delays, I will be unable to provide updates on your parcel’s whereabouts. Please be aware that the delivery dates provided on your order , are an ESTIMATE and does not guarantee a delivery date.
