I bought for my baby’s first birthday photos. The seller did not have one of the items in the kit and was very open about it. She offered me apologies and different ways to fix the problem, including a refund. I decided to still purchase because I really liked the items offered in the kit. The seller was very open about communication and shipped next business day despite the crazy fires going on at the time. Loved the sweet note in the package. And of course all the items. I am so very excited to include this tradition with my youngest baby. Thank you
