Custom and personalized orders

Each item in our shop can be personalized (laser engraved). We can add your name, initials, logo or any other information. If you have any doubts, please contact with me and I will gladly help you. If you customize your item (add information for engraving), we will send you layout for approval through Etsy messages. Please confirm it as soon as possible, so we can start manufacturing your order. IMPORTANT! Products with personal engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We offer gift wrapping. This option is available in your order page. Also you can always add gift message, which will be printed, so you can make a gift to any person in the world.

WHAT LEATHR DO WE USE?

For all our items we use premium leather called “Crazy Horse”. It is soft and vintage. The main feature of this type of leather is that it become more beautiful with time. Scratches are good visible on this leather, but small scrathches can be easily removed even with fingers. We know that you want your accessory to have a great view in daily use, so we add care instructions to every item.

Each our product has color variations. Note that each piece of leather is unique, so color of each item can be a little different from the one you can see on the photos. Also note that color of the items can be different because of the monitor settings.

We really want to make sure that you can easily imagine your future leather accessory. You can find all information about item (available sizes, colors, packaging etc.) in the listing description.

CHRISTMAS SEASON DELAYS

We ship all orders after receiving the layout confirmation. Unfortunately, before Christmas and other holidays there can be delays in delivery because of the overloads on customs, airports and postal services. Also there can be delays because of the majeure circumstances such as pandemic, hurricanes, natural disasters. Unfortunately, we cannot influence on this situation, but from our end we make everything possible for your package to be delivered in the shortest time.

What if my package has been returned to you because of non-pickup, insufficient or incorrect address?

Please double check your address when you are making your order. We will ship your order to the address which will be provided by your PayPal account. If the address is incorrect, please notify us before shipment. If your package will be returned to us because non pick up, incorrect address or with a note from postal service about the problems with the address, unsuccessful delivery, we can re-ship your order, but you will need to pay for the shipping again.

Approve the layout within 24 hours. If you do not approve the layout, I will send your order as shown in the layout. Claims for design and possible errors will not be accepted.

СUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For USA orders, all applicable import duties and tariffs are prepaid by the seller through a Delivered Duty Paid / DDP shipping method. No extra tariff payment is required from the buyer upon delivery. For non-USA international orders, customs duties and import taxes may vary by destination country and may be the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

LEATHER QUALITY

The leather that we use for our items is called "Crazy Horse". Its main feature is the effect of vintage. This type of leather is highly water-repellent and very strong, at the same time, it is smooth, soft, velvety and very pleasant to the touch.
On this leather, scratches easily, giving it even greater brutality.Scratches on the leather are normal because of the softness of the leather.
Wax additive, which is part of the leather coating, works in such a way that after slightly rubbing your finger, the scratch goes away or becomes less noticeable. The leather can also have waves and creases due to its softness. By the way, its unique look, the leather "Crazy Horse" gets only in 2-3 weeks of use.

NOTE!

▶ Each notebook can be different from the one you can see on photos because each piece of leather is unique. The color can be lighter or darker.
▶ Scratches, waves and creases on the leather are normal because of the softness of the leather.
▶ Engraving on the leather may have different shades (brown, gray or black) and the visibility of the engraving (especially on dark leather color) may not have contrast and always depends on the viewing angle on the cover.
