Wellness Wednesday is a 1-to-1 online consciousness alignment session designed to help you understand and release the blockages affecting your mind, body, soul and life direction.

Using my structured framework, The You Are Method — You Align, You Regulate, You Expand, these sessions combine guided consciousness journeys, intention work, and deep analysis to help you gain clarity, emotional release, and a stronger connection with yourself.

During the session, we use Conscious Wellness intention cards to guide three focused inner journeys, followed by discussion and interpretation to understand what your consciousness is showing you and why.

This work helps you recognize patterns, shift perception, and move forward with more stability, confidence, and self-awareness.

How Wellness Wednesday works

Each 60-minute session is held online and includes up to three guided journeys using the Conscious Wellness cards.

Each journey lasts around 10 minutes and allows your mind, body and soul to bring forward images, memories, emotions, or sensations connected to the root of what you are currently experiencing.

After each journey, we talk about what you saw, felt, or understood, and we analyse the meaning behind it together.

Depending on how open you are, I may also receive information through my own trained perception to help identify blockages and bring clarity to what is being shown.

The goal of Wellness Wednesday is not to tell you what to do, but to help you understand yourself so you can move forward with strength and awareness.

• You Align – understanding what is out of balance using shamanic energy clearances
• You Regulate – clearing emotional, mental, and energetic pressure to receive steps to move forward.
• You Expand – gaining clarity, confidence, and direction by carrying out tasks your consciousness has given you to carry out.

This method focuses on awareness, nervous system regulation, perception change, and energetic realignment.

Clients often come to these sessions during times of stress, transition, loss, confusion, or personal growth.
