The files are downloaded from the Etsy page, once you make your payment. No files will be sent to you by mail.

To download the files, follow these steps:
1) Go to "YOUR ACCOUNT" (the icon with your photo in the upper right-hand corner).
2) Select SHOPPING AND REVIEWS
3) Finally select the DOWNLOAD button

A PDF file will be available to download immediately after your payment has cleared with Etsy. where you can download the images.
