When wood appears dry and to remove prints on epoxy, generously rub with preferred wax or mineral oil in a circular motion with a microfiber cloth or paper towel. After some time, wipe off any access.

Apply oil to base to increase rotation smoothness.

* PLEASE KEEP IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING: due to the handmade nature and the uniqueness of each slab of wood and epoxy pour, each piece will look different. The pictures in our listing are examples of products we have made in the past and you will not receive a replica.

It will not be completely silent
Intended use is to rotate NOT spin
Although we oil each base with care, travel conditions may result in less lubrication, causing a decrease in rotation smoothness. To combat, we suggest rotating base several times to loosen and apply oil if necessary. If you decide to reach out regarding base, please keep in mind we will ask for a video of base rotating to be sent to our email to determine if base is defective and is in need of a replacement. Otherwise, it will be suggested to troubleshoot as described above.
