We ship to most European countries.

Please note that a new law has come in that requires a seller to have a business license for each state if the order value is above €150, so we cannot process single orders above €150.

If it is below this amount, you will be charged VAT/local tax at checkout. If it is above €150 please contact me to find out the best and most efficient way to place your order.

Please be aware of your country's customs thresholds as they are different for each country.

Customs thresholds just mean that if an order is below a certain amount, you will be charged VAT/GST/Sales Tax at checkout. This also means that your parcel will go through customs easily and quickly. If it is above a certain amount, you won't be charged tax on this platform but will be at your country's border. Please be aware of your local duty and customs threholds.

A lot of countries have a high customs threshold to allow for international business.

We do accept returns but please check the whole order on arrival.

Please notify us as soon as possible (within 14 days of the parcel being confirmed as delivered) if you would like to return your order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return their order with tracking information and for the customer to cover the cost of the return. We suggest getting insurance too.

As most of our products are made from solid brass, return postage costs can be high due to the weight of the items.

Any items that have been installed will not be accepted for a refund.

Consider ordering a sample order of 1 or 2 items first so you can check that you are happy with the colour, style etc before placing your larger order.

On occasion, a parcel may get lost in the postal system. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and has only happened very occasionally.

If a parcel has been confirmed to be delivered via the tracking link to the correct address supplied on ordering then The Boutique Handle Co is under no obligation to send out a replacement order.

If you cannot find the parcel but it has been marked as delivered and you are concerned that it has been stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to take this up with the postal service.

Damages rarely occur but sometimes can during transit. Please check your entire order as soon as you receive it. This is extremely important.

If the customer has not checked the order on arrival and something has been damaged in transit but The Boutique Handle Co has not been informed within 14 days, we are under no obligation to send out a replacement.

If there are any damages please contact me immediately with photos in order for me to process the damage report and get you a new order sent out as soon as possible.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check their whole order on arrival. We are happy to send out a replacement for damaged items provided that we are notified by the customer immediately.

Yes, you will receive a dispatch notification as well as your courier name and tracking number.

It may say "pre-transit" which actually means that it is in transit and will update to "delivered" once it has been delivered.

Unfortunately, you cannot make any changes once the item has shipped. This is because once it is in the postal system I am unable to make any changes and it will arrive with you. You are welcome to return your product once you have received it.
