Are Saucebox stickers waterproof?

Yes! Our stickers can be placed on water bottles, cars and other surfaces that come into contact with water. For more durability, we recommend handwashing items with our stickers.

What happens if my order is not delivered on time or is lost in the mail?

Please contact me with any and all questions regarding missing orders. I will do all I can to help ensure you get your order. If an order has not been delivered and it has been two weeks (14 days) past expected delivery window, I will reship your item upon your request. However, I am unable to refund for orders that are late or missing due to delays with the USPS.

Can you issue refunds for missing packages?

Unfortunately, once I've made and shipped the item, I am unable to offer a refund. Refunds can only be issued once an item has been returned to me in resalable condition. I cannot issue refunds for items that are late or lost in the mail.

Can Saucebox stickers be placed on my car?

Yes! Our stickers are rated for a four-year outdoor life!

Can I cancel or get a refund for a custom order?

If you would like to cancel a custom order, please contact me within six (6) hours of placing the order. I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders once they've been made.
