Dispatch and delivery timescale

Timescales till dispatch are detailed on the listing. Business days are Monday to Friday and this does not include Bank holidays or weekends. Estimated delivery times FROM DISPATCH (not from order) are UK 3-5 business days Worldwide 14-28 business days. We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we do not guarantee them. Once items have been dispatched and are in the hands of the relevant postal services we are unable to influence their progress. There can be delays that are beyond our control eg postal strikes. Standard shipping in the UK is by Evri or Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 for delivery. Standard delivery worldwide is by tracked airmail.

We make the item specifically as requested and therefore if your details are incorrect we are unable to change them once the item has been produced. We do not accept cancellations or changes once the item is in production. We are able to make custom orders to suit your requirements. We are also able to make our ornaments in different languages. Please contact us for details. Please note we do not provide proofs for any of our items.

All of our items are sent out signed for in the UK and tracked overseas. The tracking number or reference can be easily located within the dispatch email that is sent to your registered Etsy email address. Please check and ensure you have given the correct postal address. This can be found on your confirmation email. If it is incorrect please advise us immediately. If your item is sent to the incorrect address and is returned to us we will require that the shipping cost to resend is paid for by yourself. We will also require the shipping to be repaid if the item is returned to us due to the buyer having failed to collect or reschedule a suitable redelivery.
