What if my furniture arrives DAMAGED?

All of our shipments are covered with 100% insurance. In the event of damage during freight transport, we will promptly initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for the replacement or repair of the item at no expense to you. IMPORTANT: We strongly advise you to check the package and crates for visible damage upon delivery, and if you notice any issues, take photos, mark the courier’s documents “Delivered Damaged”, and notify us immediately.

HOW LONG does it take to create and ship custom-made furniture?

The time required to create and ship your custom-made furniture depends on factors such as design complexity, materials, and current order queue. On average, it may take between 3 to 6 weeks from order placement to delivery. Should there be any modifications to these lead times, we will promptly notify you via email.

How can I track my ORDER'S PROGRESS?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive regular updates regarding its progress. We send photos for approval on each step of the creation process and before your piece leaves our shop, making sure that you are completely satisfied with it before it gets shipped.

We are extremely proud to introduce our latest handcrafted masterpiece: the epitome of luxury and elegance.
This premium black glossy cabinet is meticulously crafted from the finest walnut wood and adorned with a dark smoky semi-transparent epoxy resin. It’s glossy finish adds a touch of glamour, reflecting light and amplifying the cabinet’s captivating presence.

The wood's naturally occurring knots, splits and cracks have been filled in with black epoxy resin in order to create a unique contrast between the colors and at the same time to preserve the wood and to guarantee the stability of the furniture.

Finished with an eco-friendly, voc-free finish, you can be assured that you are not bringing any toxins into your home and the wooden top is protected against water, dirt and scratches for a long time.

This particular furniture has been custom made respecting our client's requirements for size and resin color.

• SHIPPING & ASSEMBLY
We use FedEx and DHL express delivery services for all of our worldwide shipments.
The goods have 100% insurance coverage, tracking number providing information about the delivery progress.
Delivery time depends on your location, but it’s usually between 4-5 business days for US, Canada and Europe.

For your convenience we are adding all necessary fixtures. No professional skills are needed as the holes are pre-drilled and legs can be attached with a screw gun.

Freight carriers drop off curbside and require a signature. Carriers will NOT help bring items into your home so please plan accordingly.

All freight shipments are delivered in a secured custom crate. Please inspect the entire crate for any damages before signing for your furniture. If you notice some damage you should take a picture and write us here or call us at 359.888.004746 immediately. We will process a claim immediately with the shipping carrier and work on replacing or repairing the item at no cost to you.
