All our products are made to order, meaning each piece is hand-made with care and love. Most orders have a turnaround of approximately 1-2 weeks (this does not include name signs and products that are in our "gift ideas" section). Please check our current processing times for each item under "Shipping and return policies" for estimated time of arrival for items that you wish to order. Times may vary during peak periods such as Christmas and are subject to change without notice. We always do, however, try to get your order/s shipped out to you as quick as possible :)

We sure do! Rush orders availabilities depend on how busy we are at the time of your request. We always, however, try to accommodate your request most of the time except peak periods such as Christmas. Please reach out to us prior placing your orders to make sure we can get your orders shipped out to you on time.

In addition to our processing times, standard shipping to Canadian addresses (both tracked and untracked services) can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. Express Shipping upgrade can be purchased at checkout.

Shipping to US addresses take 3-6 business days to arrive. For Express Shipping upgrade, please message us for a quote.

Shipping to UK addresses take 4-12 business days to arrive. We are currently do not have an option for Express Shipping to UK.

We take great pride in carefully packaging each one of your items. Since your package gets handled by numerous hands, machinery, and vehicles, sometimes unfortunately it can be mishandled and arrives damaged. Please reach out to us ASAP along with images of the damage and we will get back to you ASAP with a solution.
