Is twine Included with tag orders?

I stopped sending twine when I saw many customers were using ribbons or raffias instead. Will you send a tag/label draft?

Yes! Usually same day, or within one day. Your draft will be attached to an Etsy message. If you prefer that I email it, leave your email address in your notes on checkout. Please view your draft and approve or make any changes you like timely. I aim to ship QUICK but can't until the tag is approved.

Can I get expedited shipping?

Yes, I ship bottle/tag orders for free regular ground which can be just a day or two transit time Eastern US, 3-5 days to the West Coast. If you need it faster, contact me for a shipping upgrade quote.

I am not sure what to say on my tag/label -what do I do?

No worries! First, look thru my sample pics - you can use wording from one, change it around if you like and then a pic from another. If you are still not sure, tell me the jist of what you want to say and let me put it into words (I am pretty good at this lol!). You can always change/edit after you see the draft that I send.

I am a little confused by...I don't know what I should...I have never ordered on Etsy before...

Why are the charms optional?

Many of my customers fill the bottles with other than limoncello or olive oil (and you can, too!). A lemon charm or olive branch charm would not match. I have made tags and labels for homemade wines, homemade liqueurs, Kahlua, homemade vanilla, Coquito, Krema, Cytrynowka and Chili Water and Rose Water. Most of these are regional or national beverages and everyone loved their custom tags an labels.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! To return or exchange for any reason contact me within 7 days of receipt according to tracking. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Tags and labels are not returnable, charms are returnable. Tags/Labels will be deducted from your refund @ .60 each, keep the charms for .40 each. If you are exchanging, I will send you a link to pay the shipping for the new bottles. Any damages will be deducted from your refund, with pictures sent to you. In 11 years on Etsy, not one return has come back damaged, so pack well! When you ship, SAVE your receipt- you will need it for your claim in the event of loss or damage (not likely but not impossible). Take a pic of the tracking number and attach it to an Etsy message so I can know when to expect arrival.

What if I forget to approve my tags or labels?

Many of my customers forget to come back and view the drafts that I send within one day, and approve - it is OK! I know people are busy. I will wait three days, and then made double sure the printing is correct, and then go ahead and print, pack and send. I have found that sending email reminders usually does not work (no one gets their email anymore lol), so it is better to not have you wait for your order. If I made a mistake with the printing, I will resend for free.

Alissa was so helpful and accommodating! I would recommend using her if you are going to do any wedding favors like this. I can’t say enough good things about her and her product. She made the stress of my wedding favors dissipate and got them to me so quickly when I needed them in a time crunch. She was so kind and patient with me and all the times I had her change the label.
