What is included with a sample set?

Our samples are pre-printed with example wording and cannot be customized. Sample sets include the invitation design of your choice with a lined envelope, the RSVP card with envelope, a vellum wrap, our silk ribbon, an ink color chart, and different paper samples. You're welcome to order a sample set prior to placing your complete stationery order so you can see and feel the quality of our invitations in person.

Will the color on the stationery match the color on my computer screen?

Because all monitors display color differently, your printed stationery may not match what you see on your screen. We do not accept returns based on color for this reason. If you are concerned about colors, we highly recommend ordering a sample set, which includes a color chart. The final prints will match our color chart.

What is included in the proofing process?

Realistic digital Proofs will be created for your review, so that all changes can be made prior to being printed. The proofing process includes unlimited rounds of proofs; the first round is based on the wording and colors submitted. After that we can explore different colors and design variations as needed until you're happy with the design. Wording changes, color changes, and minor layout adjustments can be made during the revision rounds.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged at the time of purchase, prior to any customization work.

What is included with an invitation set?

We offer two different invitation packages. 4-PIECE CLASSIC SET - Invitation card and RSVP card with white envelopes. 5-PIECE DELUXE SET - Classic Set + an additional details card where you can include reception details, transportation information, accommodations, your wedding website or any other information you want your guests to know. INVITATION ADD-ON OPTIONS & EMBELLISHMENTS Elevate your wedding invitation by adding embellishments for the most beautifully presented suite: We offer colored envelopes, vellum wraps, envelope liners, address printing, silk ribbon, double-thick stock upgrade, torn-edge cotton paper upgrade, belly bands, and assembly services.

Can I adjust my invitation quantity after my order is placed?

Please verify the quantities needed prior to placing your stationery order. Keep in mind that you will only need one invitation per household. You will have the opportunity to increase your final quantity prior to signing the print release form. If the quantity is increased, your invoice will be updated and must be paid in full prior to print. We recommend ordering at least 10 extras, depending on the size of your event, to account for wrong addresses, last minute guests, keepsakes, and a set for your photographer to photograph.

Paper and Print Details

All of our papers and materials have been hand selected from top industry vendors to ensure only the highest quality products for our clients. All items are digitally printed on 120 lb. designer cardstock. You can upgrade your invitation to our double ply 240lb stock or have your invitation set printed on our hand-torn cotton paper. These upgrade options can be added to your order from the "add-on and embellishments" section of our Etsy shop.
