Will I need to pay customs duties or VAT when my package arrives?

NO! ALL our orders are shipped DELIVERED DUTY PAID (DDP). This means all duties, tariffs, and taxes are prepaid by us. You will not be asked to pay anything extra when your package is delivered. This includes the USA, EU, CANADA, AND MOST OF APAC COUNTRIES. Feel free to message for any information.

Shipping, Tracking & Insurance

- All orders above US$200 are shipped via FedEx, with tracking, transit insurance and DDP*. All deliveries require an adult signature for delivery. - We will NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESS. - In the event a parcel is lost, Abhika Jewels will ship a new product at applicable costs or issue a refund (as decided upon with buyer), ONLY AFTER THE PARCEL IS OFFICIALLY DECLARED LOST BY THE SHIPPING SERVICE.

Layaway/Payment Plans

- We offer layaway plans of 2-3 installments over a period of 2-3 months -as per your preference - Shipping (if any) is added in the last installment. We prefer equal installments but we can do the first one at 20% of the value and other equal. - If at any point during the layaway you want to cancel the transaction, we charge a cancellation fee of 10%. - We will start production/alteration (size, etc) after we have received 60% of the payment. NO Cancellations for custom orders once production begins. - Your item will be shipped after we have received full payment. - Please message for more details.

Working & Shipping Time

- Working time for listed pieces is around 5-14 days (some pieces might take longer) - Custom orders can take upto 3 weeks.

Discount Coupon Use/Validity

Every coupon is valid for 1 time use per customer, unless communicated otherwise by us. If abused, we will reach out to you to pay the balance OR the order will be cancelled with a 5% cancellation fees.

Clicker Sizing for Piercings

We all have unique ear anatomy, and the size will largely depend on the location of the piercing. For these reasons, we cannot suggest a size. The ideal way would be to visit any local piercing shop and have the size and gauge measured. If you have one that fits perfectly in the piercing you are purchasing for, you can send a photo of it kept along a ruler so we can measure the inner diameter.

This ring is gorgeous! I wanted something that would work either with my engagement ring or without it, and this is perfect. It fits well around my engagement ring but looks beautiful on its own. It's also very fun to fidget with! The gold is beautiful and smooth and the diamonds are so dainty and lovely. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding ring! I also needed it rush ordered and it came quickly with plenty of time before my wedding despite me ordering it just a month before.
