Returns - Exchanges - Damages

Due to the nature of the custom, made-to-order products in my shop, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact me so we can come up with a solution. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery to have a replacement item shipped. Photo proof of damage is required for refunds and/or replacements.

Lost or stolen orders

If your package says delivered but you haven't received it yet, please check with your neighbors and local post office. We are unable to refund orders that are marked "delivered" by the mail carrier. We are unable to refund orders that are lost due to an incorrect address used at checkout. You will need to file a claim with USPS if your item is lost or misdelivered. Thank you for your understanding.

Made with love and packaged with care in my little home studio in Greenville, North Carolina :)

Engraved onto 1/8” birch wood and tied with velvet ribbon. Approx. 4.5”. Please note: natural wood varies in color, texture, and wood markings, making each piece unique. Sprayed with a waterproof sealant to help prevent mold and mildew, but for best care, use under covered porch and avoid moisture exposure.

*If you'd rather leave off the hole and/or ribbon so you can mount it on the door frame, just let me know in the personalization section :)
